In recent years, subsidiary of SJSC “Latvijas dzelzceļš”, “LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss” Ltd. has been paying special attention to both expansion of its range of services and development of operations in its current and new target markets. In order to attract new customers abroad, the company, along with other European railway companies, will also participate in international trade fair InnoTrans, which will be held in Berlin on September 20-23 this year.
“LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss” Ltd. specializes in technical maintenance and repairs of railway rolling stock, equipment and modernization of locomotives, hire of mainline, shunting locomotives and track machines, maintenance of locomotive reserve base, and provides other services. Following modernization of the wheelset machine tool in 2021 and expanding the range of its certified services, the company now has the opportunity to repair rolling stock for locomotives and wagons that operate not only on the 1,520 mm gauge railways common in Latvia, but also on standard-gauge railways that are common in most of the EU countries.
In order to continue successfully development, expand cooperation with the current partners and attract new customers, “LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss” Ltd. will participate in international railway transport technology and infrastructure trade fair InnoTrans in Berlin on September 20-23 this year.
InnoTrans trade fair is dedicated to railway transport and traditionally brings together industry experts, including representatives of national railway companies. Participants in the fair can get acquainted with railway industry achievements and the latest offers, it also offers the opportunity to establish new professional contacts, address potential cooperation partners and expand the scope of customers. The fair also showcases various components of railway infrastructure and rolling stock – locomotives, wagons, platforms, engines, drives, brake systems, reduction drives, etc.
Exhibition of “LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss” Ltd. will be located in hall 6.2, booth No. 915 at Messe Berlin exhibition grounds. For the entire trade fair, “LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss” Ltd. employees, including members of the board, will be working at the company’s stand. “LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss” Ltd. invites everyone interested to discuss matters that concern starting, continuing or developing cooperation, in an informal environment. Visitors to the stand will be provided information about the latest innovations in transport technology and get acquainted with the range of services provided by “LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss” Ltd.

The previous InnoTrans fair was held in 2018, it was visited by more than 153,000 people and 3,062 companies from 61 countries were represented at the fair.
