Amendments on 3 March 2025: the Microsoft Teams online meeting rescheduled to 6 March 2025

Purpose of the Supplier’s Meeting: to provide interested suppliers with the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the basic conditions of the planned procurement, to identify the ability of interested suppliers to provide a tender proposal in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements/Technical Specification and to receive comments/proposals from interested Suppliers for improving the procurement documentation.
Comments and proposals from interested suppliers shall be submitted electronically in writing till 12 March 2025 (including) via the e-Tendering subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (EIS) where the Supplier’s Meeting documents are published, or by e-mail to: iveta.dementjeva@ldz.lv.
The meeting will include an exchange of views on the Microsoft Teams online platform on 6 March 2025 at 11 a.m.1 (detailed information regarding application please have on Statement for Supplier’s meeting)
